No return to input source after viewing DVR

After reviewing DVR footage and exiting the menu it stays on a grey screen. If I change the channel on RapidFire it will pick back up the feed. I feel like the video feed should return after exiting the DVR menu. This happens regardless of the input source settings.

This seems to be resolved for me with 1.2.2. Anyone else have this issue and it is fixed with 1.2.2?

I think I have this issue as well on 1.2.2. not sure if it does it every time though. But pressing a button on the rapidfire does seem to fix it.
