It's not a cool concept but it will help support ID issues and write new firmware. Let's say someone has an issue with their goggles but they can boot enough to actually connect to a mobile device. The app would have a "debugging" mode where it collects all the data from the goggles and sends it directly to support possibly even with DVR footage, notes, and a ticket number.
