Currently most people don't know about this forum -> share the link on all social media and embed it visibly on your homepage

A lot of people propably don't know about your shop -> share the link on all social media and embed it visibly on your homepage

A lot of people propably don't know about connect

A lot of current and future customers can't read your kickstarter updates because they aren't backers -> Make a dedicated news section on your homepage and update them on ALL social media since the kickstarter campaign is over and you aren't reaching everyone

that's true, i've registered some time ago to "something", which now suppose to be this freshdesk pages. this one newsletter a few weeks ago brought the link to me and this was the first time ever, i see firmware update 1.2.0 and that there is a forum and solution center. also didn't know about the shop before.
