Orqa FPV.Play does not provide a picture

Hello!

I bought an Orqa FPV.Play.

I am asking for help to operate it.

When I connect it to the phone (Motorola edge 20 lite Android 12) the green light of the module lights up.

If I connect it to a monitor or FPV eyepiece via an HDMI cable, the blue light is on. However, there is no image on the monitor or in the FPV goggles.

The phone supports hdmi output on its usb-c port. (Included in the phone description)

My Orqa FPV.Play led lights up green.

If the phone does not support hdmi output on the usb-c port, the led lights up red.

Monitor screen resolution 1920X1080.

I tried with several phones.

All of them support hdmi output on the usb-c port.

One phone has a screen resolution of 1920x1080. Same as the monitor.

The description states that it can be connected to a monitor, TV, fpv glasses. The maximum resolution of the glasses is 1280x960. In principle, according to the description, you should also see the picture here.

What else could be the problem that there is no image on any of the displays?
