I did everything by the book, and formated a brand new SanDisk Extreme Pro U2A3 V30 64GB. Atfer 40 dvr clips, I found 9 that somehow got corrupted. The record light kept ON as if it was working normally, but did get a No SD card error on the screen a few times. What could possibly trigger this SD error after successfuly formating it?
