App updating firmware not working and "Loading. Please wait" stuck on screen

tried to update from 2.0.0 to 2.1.0 but app said 2.0.0 was the latest so removed the SD card and put it on the old way. Same thing happened when I tried to update for the last major update.
Also "Loading. Please wait." stays displayed on the screen. even if I restart the goggles after I updated to 2.1.0 This also happened the last time I updated
are you using Macbook maybe? Please, just format the SD card and the message should be gone.

Also having problems with fw2.2.0. My goggles came with 2.2.0 Trying to update via orqa connect and using a samsung galaxy s8. Anything I need to do to make it update via app? Thanks.
