As you can see, my goggles died mid air and I sent my goggles to orqa. After no repair, the same thing happened again - of course! - and I sent my goggles again to orqa.
After a while, I asked when I will get my goggles back. The answer was shocking:
They've sent them to the wrong address and the goggles are lost. DHL express contacted me, told me that my package is lost and that orqa will be informed. So till today my goggles are gone and orqa seem to give af.
On my first time having problems with the goggles, I had another address to ship them to. Now they said they've sent the goggles to the old address - the wrong address.
Any suggestions what I should do now?
